Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in front of house and cash handling preferred
- Ability to operate POS system
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work full time hours
- Must be able to perform physical duties including standing for long periods
- Ability to work varied days and shifts
- Compliance with safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- Assist in preparing catering orders
- Perform cashier duties using the POS system
- Perform general cleaning duties including trash removal
- Provide service in retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- Maintain cash accuracy and make deposits at shift end
- Inventory and restock supplies and food products
- Set up serving line ensuring food temperatures are within safe limits
- Serve hot and cold items to customers
- Keep refrigerator stocked and rotate products
- Record replenished stock and refrigerator temperatures
- Perform other duties as assigned
