Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience beneficial but not required
- availability to work Monday through Thursday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm
- ability to perform physical duties including standing and lifting
- ability to operate cash register and POS system
- willingness to comply with company policies including drug-free workplace
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Operate Point of Sale system
- assist the Chef with food preparation
- prepare coffee
- keep coffee and cashier stations clean
- perform cashier duties including cash accuracy and deposits
- provide service in all retail areas including line serving
- perform general cleaning duties including trash removal
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line ensuring proper food temperatures
- serve hot and cold items to customers
- maintain refrigerator stock and product rotation
- record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures
- perform other duties as assigned
