Job Duties
- Operates Point of Sale system
- assists chef in preparing food
- prepares coffee and maintains cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations
- performs cashier duties with accuracy
- general cleaning including trash removal
- inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- sets up serving line and monitors food temperatures
- serves hot and cold items to customers
- rotates stock using first in, first out rule
- records replenished stock and refrigerator temperatures
- assists with catering orders
- performs other duties as assigned
