- ability to operate POS system
- excellent customer service skills
- capability to follow food safety guidelines
- must be able to perform physical duties such as lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- Operate Point of Sale system
- assist chef in food preparation
- prepare coffee and maintain coffee station cleanliness
- perform cashier duties accurately
- general cleaning and trash removal
- serve hot and cold food items
- inventory and restock supplies
- monitor and record food temperatures
- rotate stock using first in, first out method
- set up serving line and items for purchase
- deposit cash at end of shifts
