Job Requirements
- Minimum one year food service experience preferred
- Ability to operate Point of Sale systems
- Availability to work full-time or part-time schedules
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good physical stamina for lifting and carrying
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong attention to cash handling accuracy

- One year of prior food service experience preferred
- Ability to operate Point of Sale systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic food preparation knowledge
- Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation duties
- Ability to manage inventory and restocking

Job Duties
- Operates Point of Sale system to manage customer transactions
- Assists chefs in preparing meats, vegetables, baked goods, desserts, and catering orders
- Performs cashier duties with accuracy in cash handling and receipt management
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of coffee and cashier stations
- Performs general cleaning duties including trash removal
- Provides customer service across all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- Monitors and records food temperatures ensuring safety standards
- Inventories and restocks food products and supplies daily
- Stocks pantries and refrigerators applying first in, first out product rotation
- Sets up serving lines and items for purchase daily
- Makes deposits at end of shifts
- Performs additional duties as assigned
