Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for food handler and alcohol server certifications
  • Certifications must be obtained by first day or within location timeline
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk long periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
  • Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Ability to learn menu and promotions quickly
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Friendly and outgoing personality

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and swiftly
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to make each guest feel welcomed and valued
  • Learn menu details and current promotions to make personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables ensuring correct and timely delivery
  • Keep guest-facing areas clean, organized, and inviting
  • Work collaboratively with managers, kitchen staff, and the hospitality team to resolve issues and provide efficient service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
