Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for food handler and alcohol server certifications
- Certifications must be obtained by first day or within location timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
- Ability to learn menu and promotions quickly
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Greet guests and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and swiftly
- Deliver outstanding hospitality to make each guest feel welcomed and valued
- Learn menu details and current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables ensuring correct and timely delivery
- Keep guest-facing areas clean, organized, and inviting
- Work collaboratively with managers, kitchen staff, and the hospitality team to resolve issues and provide efficient service
- Perform other duties as assigned
