Job Description

The role available is focused on providing exemplary customer service and ensuring that daily restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently. The position entails greeting customers with a positive and friendly attitude, accurately entering orders into the point of sale (POS) system, utilizing suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience, handling payments including cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining the cash drawer securely. Job Requirements

  • Less than high school education acceptable
  • GED or high school degree preferred
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions
  • No computer skills required
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions
  • Ability to handle problems involving a few concrete variables
  • Must obtain State Food Handler certification within 60 days of hire
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds
  • Willingness to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Sweeps and mops floors
  • Discards trash and fills ice bins
  • Sets up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
  • Maintains cleanliness of service and order presentation counters
  • Organizes and rotates display cooler products
  • Observes health and sanitation guidelines
  • Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Assists team members enthusiastically
  • Willingness to work variable schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Performs other duties as assigned
