Job Duties
- Greet all guests as they enter and exit the restaurant facility
- maintain awareness of all promotions and product knowledge
- take orders when necessary with attention to dietary or allergy modifications
- check identification of guests ordering alcoholic beverages
- distribute orders to kitchen staff for preparation when needed
- settle all purchases accurately and efficiently at POS registers
- clean, organize and stock menus and cashier area
- perform cleaning side work ensuring the dining area is clean and neat
- answer incoming calls and address customer queries
- comply with sanitation, safety, personal hygiene, and health standards
- perform closing activities such as cleaning chairs and tables, stacking chairs, and preparing stations for the morning shift
- complete all required service paperwork
- maintain a neat appearance complying with company dress policy
- assist wait staff when necessary
