Job Duties

  • Greet all guests as they enter and exit the restaurant facility
  • maintain awareness of all promotions and product knowledge
  • take orders when necessary with attention to dietary or allergy modifications
  • check identification of guests ordering alcoholic beverages
  • distribute orders to kitchen staff for preparation when needed
  • settle all purchases accurately and efficiently at POS registers
  • clean, organize and stock menus and cashier area
  • perform cleaning side work ensuring the dining area is clean and neat
  • answer incoming calls and address customer queries
  • comply with sanitation, safety, personal hygiene, and health standards
  • perform closing activities such as cleaning chairs and tables, stacking chairs, and preparing stations for the morning shift
  • complete all required service paperwork
  • maintain a neat appearance complying with company dress policy
  • assist wait staff when necessary
