Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in food service
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Ability to multi task and cross train in a variety of positions
- Prepare and cook a variety of foods according to menus
- Ensure food is prepared safely and in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with setup and cleanup of workstations and dining areas
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, slicers, and fryers
- Maintain food inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
