- Ability to operate POS systems and cash registers

Job Duties
- Showcasing WE R FAMILY when it comes to serving guests and supporting the team by living Willy's mission and goals
- Supporting restaurant operations with a positive and constructive attitude
- Restocking, cleaning, and setting up all areas for success in a timely manner while communicating with management
- Participating proactively in Taco Talks to encourage and recognize performance, anniversaries, and birthdays
- Cooking and preparing food accurately by following recipe cards and safety, sanitation, and security standards
- Creating Hero Moments by delivering exceptional customer service
- Operating cash register and POS system
- Operating restaurant equipment including fryers and grills
- Following health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
- Lifting up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift
- Standing and walking throughout the shift
- Having fun on the job
