Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work full-time or part-time
  • prior experience in restaurant or food service environment preferred
  • physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shifts
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment like fryers and grills
  • willingness to follow health and safety regulations
  • reliable and punctual
  • positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • showing WE R FAMILY spirit when serving guests and supporting team by living Willy's mission and goals
  • supporting restaurant operations with positive and constructive attitude
  • restocking supplies and cleaning work areas
  • setting up restaurant areas for success in a timely manner
  • maintaining constant communication with management
  • participating in Taco Talks to celebrate performance and inform team of daily goals
  • cooking and preparing food accurately by following recipe cards and safety standards
  • operating cash register and POS system
  • using restaurant equipment such as fryers and grills
  • following health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
  • reaching, bending, scrubbing equipment, lifting 50 pounds multiple times per shift
  • walking and standing during entire shift
  • bringing enthusiasm and fun to the job
