Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Food Handler's Certificate is required
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is a plus
- Energetic, friendly, and team-oriented personality
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and engage fans with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and offer samples of our signature recipes
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, loss prevention, and customer service
- Prepare, scoop, and package popcorn to order, following Garrett's quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including counters, equipment, and displays
- Monitor product levels and restock popcorn and packaging materials as needed
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and brand presentation standards
- Support the back-of-house team when needed to ensure seamless shop operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned
