The Outdoor Adventure Center at Beale Air Force Base operates as a vibrant hub for recreational opportunities, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for military personnel, their families, and the local community. Situated within one of the nation's strategic military installations, the center is a proud part of the Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) activities designed to support Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) for both the Air Force and Space Force. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior cash handling experience
- ability to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be U.S. citizen or non-U.S. national residing in U.S. territory for three or more consecutive years
- registration for Selective Service if applicable
- must complete background check with favorable results
- must be able to provide REAL ID or equivalent documents for base access
- must be willing to comply with direct deposit and E-Verify requirements
- willingness to work in non-appropriated fund (NAF) position
- no education substitution allowed
- ability to satisfactorily meet pre-employment requirements

- successful completion of background investigation
Job Duties
- Inform guests of menu specials
- receive and submit initial patron drink orders
- take food orders
- total sales and accept payments via cash, check or credit card
- provide change as necessary
- clear cash register at end of shift and complete supporting documentation
- submit documentation to supervisor
- elevate problems to supervisor for resolution
- maintain hostess station and register in clean and orderly condition
