Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year barista experience
- Preferred prior cashier experience
- Minimum two years customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekdays weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a barista
- Prior cashier experience preferred
- Minimum of two years in customer service
- Ability to work full availability including AM/PM shifts weekdays weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to upsell and increase sales
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and following health and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Greets prepares services and takes guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly courteous professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Upsells additional items to enhance profitability
- Enters orders into a computerized system and settles check(s) upon completion of order
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
