Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year barista experience
  • Preferred prior cashier experience
  • Minimum two years customer service experience
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekdays weekends and holidays as needed
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as a barista
  • Prior cashier experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years in customer service
  • Ability to work full availability including AM/PM shifts weekdays weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell and increase sales
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and following health and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Greets prepares services and takes guests' orders for beverages and/or food in a friendly courteous professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Upsells additional items to enhance profitability
  • Enters orders into a computerized system and settles check(s) upon completion of order
  • Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards
