Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a café or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- familiarity with cash handling and transaction processing
- knowledge of food safety procedures
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- greet customers and provide friendly service
- prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages
- operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- customize drink orders according to customer preferences
- maintain cleanliness and organization of café area
- stock supplies and monitor inventory levels
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
