Job Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with tight kitchen quarters
- Strong attention to detail especially when handling cash or food orders
- Reliable and adaptable with quick problem-solving skills
- Commitment to teamwork and positive guest interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Good communication skills
- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus
- Prior experience in hospitality, coffee shops, or quick service is beneficial but not required
Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and positive energy
- Help guests navigate ordering at the counter, kiosk, or delivery
- Process payments quickly and accurately including cash, cards, promos, or coupons
- Share promotions and recommend menu items
- Keep work area clean, organized, and ready for action
- Make specialty drinks and assist with food running or packaging
- Jump in to help wherever needed to support team and operations
- Create a memorable, personal experience for every guest every time
