Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail, customer service and food handling experience preferred
- minimum high school diploma or GED or some college preferred
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- positive and passionate attitude
- high sense of integrity and ownership
- basic math skills
- able to lift up to 25 lbs
- time management skills
- adherence to food safety guidelines
- proficient on POS systems, currently Toast
- effective communication and feedback skills
- high emotional intelligence
- team player

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- check quality of products and organize display rotation
- prepare and make beverages including coffee
- keep store areas clean during operating hours
- refill and organize pastries and beverages on display
- operate POS system with accuracy in cash handling and credit processing
- assist and educate guests on menu items and promotions
