Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of retail, customer service and food handling experience preferred
  • minimum high school diploma or GED or some college preferred
  • ability to work weekends and holidays
  • positive and passionate attitude
  • high sense of integrity and ownership
  • basic math skills
  • able to lift up to 25 lbs
  • time management skills
  • adherence to food safety guidelines
  • proficient on POS systems, currently Toast
  • effective communication and feedback skills
  • high emotional intelligence

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • check quality of products and organize display rotation
  • prepare and make beverages including coffee
  • keep store areas clean during operating hours
  • refill and organize pastries and beverages on display
  • operate POS system with accuracy in cash handling and credit processing
  • assist and educate guests on menu items and promotions
