Job Duties
- Greeting every guest with a warm smile and positive energy
- helping guests navigate ordering at the counter, kiosk, or delivery
- processing payments quickly and accurately including cash, cards, promos or coupons
- sharing promotions and recommending menu items
- keeping work area clean, organized and ready for action
- making specialty drinks and helping with food running or packaging
- assisting team members wherever needed to maintain smooth service
