- Basic math skills
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Support signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts, recovery, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including iCAP program
- Promote Findmore and other programs to drive sales and enhance customer service
