Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Support Omnichannel efforts and assist with recovery and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Adhere to company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards including sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
