Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist customers with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote sales programs like Findmore
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts
- Participate in recovery, put-backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards for sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
