Job Requirements

- Ability to greet and assist customers effectively
- Ability to operate Point of Sale and mobile warrior devices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain checkout standards and follow company policies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to operate Point of Sale systems and mobile devices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Support line management using Point of Sale technology on mobile devices
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts and recovery tasks
- Participate in annual inventory and maintain fitting rooms
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
