Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members for additional support
- Actively engage customers and resolve problems
- Assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote sales programs such as Findmore
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures
- Utilize point of sale on Mobile Warrior device
- Assist with omnichannel efforts
- Participate in store recovery and fitting room maintenance
- Take part in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards for sales, service, productivity, and attendance
