Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Ability to handle cash and operate POS devices

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company values consistently
- Promote credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with checkout area signing and merchandising
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to manage lines
- Assist with omnichannel efforts and general store operations
- Participate in inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards including sales, productivity, and attendance
