Job Qualifications

- previous retail or cashier experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate company core behaviors consistently
- partner where needed for additional support
- actively engage customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs
- promote sales and customer programs such as Findmore
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- proactively call for checkout assistance when needed
- utilize point of sale on mobile devices to manage lines
- assist with omnichannel efforts and general store operations such as recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards including sales, productivity, customer service, profit and attendance
