Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of retail experience preferably in luxury goods
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of cash register or point-of-sale systems
- detail oriented with good numerical sense
- experience in cash handling preferred
- customer service skills
- ability to multi-task efficiently
- strong organizational skills
- basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance

Job Duties
- Accurately record point of sales transaction at the register including processing sales, sends, repairs, and assist in preparation of opening and closing procedures with management
- consistently provide high levels of service to clients within the Hermes standard of service including greeting, assisting, and packaging
- support the sales team by providing cashier service and support as required
- process payment transactions such as cash, credit card, and other forms in compliance with company policies
- process multiple transactional requests such as returns, exchanges, refunds, and tax refunds
- reconcile daily transactions with cash and other balances ensuring proper cash flow
- input transaction and client information accurately on the system and invoices
- assist in preparing daily cashier report
- answer phones timely with friendly and appropriate customer service
- support general store operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- promote teamwork and collaborate closely with store team
