Job Requirements
- Minimum one year retail experience, in a luxury environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of operating cash register or point-of-sale terminal
- Good numerical sense, detail-oriented, high levels of integrity, and meticulous in payment handling
- Cash handling experience strongly preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle difficult situations with grace, compassion and composure
- Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance

Job Duties
- Accurately record point of sales transaction at the register including processing sales, sends, and repairs
- Assist in preparation of opening and closing procedures with management
- Provide high levels of service to clients including greeting, answering questions, and assistance with wrapping and packaging
- Support the sales team by providing cashier service and transactional support
- Process payment transactions such as cash, credit card, and other forms with accuracy and compliance
- Handle transactional requests including returns, exchanges, refunds, and tax refunds according to company policy
- Reconcile daily transactions, verify cash flow at beginning and end of shifts
- Input transaction and client information into systems and invoices accurately
- Prepare daily cashier reports
- Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service
- Support general store operations and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
- Promote teamwork and collaborate closely with the store team
