Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members for additional support
- Actively engage customers and resolve issues related to credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Call for assistance when additional help is needed
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device for line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts
- Help with recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards related to iCAP, sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
