Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in retail or cashier roles preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency with POS technology
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- physically able to stand for long shifts
- trustworthy with cash handling
- able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- willing to participate in ongoing training and development
- commitment to company safety and shrink policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or cashier experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
- basic math and cash handling skills
- teamwork and collaboration abilities
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform merchandising tasks
- knowledge of sales promotions and loyalty programs
Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- partner with teammates for additional support
- actively engage customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- promote Findmore and other sales programs
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment items
- call for assistance when necessary to manage checkout lines
- utilize Point of Sale on mobile devices to support line management
- assist with omnichannel efforts including recovery and put backs
- maintain fitting rooms
- participate in annual inventory counts
- support company initiatives related to shrink and safety
- meet performance standards including iCAP program, product and service sales, productivity, and attendance consistently
