Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
- actively engage customers to resolve issues and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- promote store programs like Findmore to drive sales
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishments
- proactively request assistance when needed in checkout lines
- utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices for line management
- assist with omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards related to sales, productivity, and attendance
