Job Duties
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
- Ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth traffic flow
- Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
- Report vehicles, safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or security issues to management
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- Reroute traffic when parking facility reaches capacity and inform staff
- Complete nightly audit of parked vehicles and resolve discrepancies
- Provide guests with directions and information regarding property amenities and local areas
- Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys
- Follow company policies and procedures and report accidents or unsafe conditions
- Welcome and assist guests according to company standards
- Support co-workers and maintain professional communication
