Job Duties
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
- Ensure vehicles are legally parked
- Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of traffic
- Report vehicles safety hazards and potential security problems
- Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- Re-route traffic when parking facility reaches maximum capacity
- Complete nightly audit of parked vehicles with vehicle claim tickets
