Job Duties

  • Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
  • ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth traffic flow
  • monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
  • report safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems
  • communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • re-route traffic when parking reaches capacity and inform staff
  • review shift logs and document pertinent information
  • supply guests with directions and information about property amenities and local areas
  • provide change to guests
  • complete nightly audit of parked vehicles and submit for charges
  • maintain security of vehicles and keys
  • follow all company policies and procedures
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • ensure clean and professional uniform and appearance
  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • protect company assets
  • welcome and acknowledge guests
  • anticipate and address guest service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • use clear and professional language
  • support co-workers respectfully
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
