Job Duties
- Monitor and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on property
- ensure vehicles are legally parked and maintain smooth traffic flow
- monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas
- report safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, or potential security problems
- communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- re-route traffic when parking reaches capacity and inform staff
- review shift logs and document pertinent information
- supply guests with directions and information about property amenities and local areas
- provide change to guests
- complete nightly audit of parked vehicles and submit for charges
- maintain security of vehicles and keys
- follow all company policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
- ensure clean and professional uniform and appearance
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- protect company assets
- welcome and acknowledge guests
- anticipate and address guest service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- use clear and professional language
- support co-workers respectfully
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move objects weighing up to 10 pounds
