- Willingness to participate in inventory and recovery tasks

- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate point of sale (POS) technology
- Basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate company WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner where needed for additional support
- Actively and enthusiastically engage customers while resolving problems and assisting with credit, rewards and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Proactively call for assistance during high checkout volume
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices to support line management
- Assist with omnichannel efforts as needed
- Support recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including attendance, profit, productivity, customer service and sales targets
