- Prior retail or cashier experience beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist with checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Support signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Use Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- Assist with Omnichannel efforts and store recovery
- Participate in inventory processes and fitting room maintenance
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet performance standards related to sales, profit, productivity, and attendance
