Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED required
  • minimum 6 months cashiering experience
  • ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • punctuality and reliable attendance
  • ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to operate office equipment including personal computer and multi-line telephone
  • pass pre-employment criminal background and drug test
  • demonstrate consistent financial responsibility
  • acceptable credit history
  • ability to obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
  • preference may be given to bilingual applicants

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED required
  • 6 months of cashiering experience required
  • ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • skill in use of personal computer including Microsoft Office, email, and internet
  • ability to follow instructions and safety practices
  • ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly

Job Duties

  • receive and process payments from Thrive guests by mail, phone, and in person
  • make changes to reservations, classes, and memberships
  • issue receipts to guests
  • balance cash drawer and prepare finance reports and deposits
  • assist guests by providing information about the facility and programs
  • follow standard operating procedures
  • maintain clear and courteous communication with the public
