Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate company behaviors consistently
- resolve customer problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing, merchandising, stocking, and merchandise replenishment at checkout areas
- utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior devices to support line management
- assist with omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards including sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
