Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Support omnichannel efforts and assist with general store recovery and inventory tasks
- Uphold company shrink and safety initiatives while meeting performance standards
