Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old and able to provide a workers permit if under 18
- possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- have excellent communication and listening abilities
- be capable of physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting
- demonstrate efficiency in cash handling
- maintain composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced retail setting
- comply with all company policies and cash handling procedures

Job Duties
- Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties and return misplaced items to the shelves
- provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience
- collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team
- provide feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
- participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy
- adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- comply with all other established company policies and procedures
- collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to the direct leader
- perform other duties as assigned
