Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years guest and sales experience
- Willingness to perform other duties as required
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
- Ability to climb ladders occasionally
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist in locating merchandise based on guest needs
- Invite guests to join the Guest Registry and explain its benefits
- Handle purchase and return transactions efficiently and according to company policies
- Share current product knowledge and offer fashion advice to enhance the shopping experience
- Inform guests about marketing programs and upcoming events
- Participate actively in store meetings and sales performance initiatives
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store sales goals
