- Ability to work in multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and engage with guests
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and housekeeping
