Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Availability to work in any department as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong customer service orientation
Good communication skills
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Flexibility to assist with various store duties

Ability to work in multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of store products and promotions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of merchandising and stocking
Professional appearance according to uniform standards

Job Duties

Consistently provide excellent guest service
Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
Maintain product knowledge and weekly ad items across departments to assist guests
Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
Assist guests nearby while performing merchandising duties
Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
Perform general housekeeping duties throughout the store
Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
