Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Capability to work in different departments of the store
- Ability to engage with guests and assist with their shopping needs
- Physical ability to perform merchandising and housekeeping duties
- Willingness to adhere to professional appearance and uniform standards
Job Qualifications
- A passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in various store departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain product knowledge and learn weekly promotional items
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- At least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs to help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across all departments
- Assist guests by working collaboratively across store departments
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist with gathering shopping carts and performing general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally including adhering to uniform standards
