- willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- ability to engage guests and assist across multiple departments
- maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- ability to perform general housekeeping and cart gathering duties
- good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- consistently provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs
- maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and assist guests across departments
- create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- assist in gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and perform general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
- work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization
