Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays
- Ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Capability to assist with stocking and merchandising duties
- Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
- Ability to perform general housekeeping and cart retrieval duties
- Passion for delivering excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of grocery products is advantageous
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties
- Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
