Job Requirements
- Available to work at least three to four shifts a week including one Friday or Saturday
- Enthusiastic, positive, and patient
- Ability to work flexible hours including AM and PM shifts
- Capable of standing and performing physical tasks during shifts
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Detail-oriented and growth-minded
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare house-made dishes on the line
- Ring up and checkout orders
- Create real connections with guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in training new team members
- Provide excellent customer service
