Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work in various store departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- Ability to perform merchandising and stocking duties
- Willingness to assist with housekeeping tasks and cart collection
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Ability to work in multiple store departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing extraordinary guest service
- Must be at least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with customers to understand their needs
- Maintain product knowledge and awareness of weekly ad items across departments
- Assist guests in creating meal solutions
- Merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist with gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and general housekeeping duties
- Present a professional image by adhering to uniform standards
- Support a hospitable shopping environment
