Job Requirements
- Availability to work daytime shifts including hours from 8am to 9:30pm
- Must be out of high school
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays except Christmas
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to perform cashier duties and handle transactions accurately
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- High school graduation or equivalent preferred
- Willingness to work in multiple store departments
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service including engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist in creating meal solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and weekly promotional items
- Merchandize and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist guests in various departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and support general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
- Work flexible shifts between 8am and 9:30pm including weekends and holidays except Christmas
