- Ability to work in multiple departments including deli, meat & seafood, bakery, grocery, produce & floral, and front-end
- Strong knowledge of grocery products and meal solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs to help them create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store
- Work across departments to assist guests
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist with gathering shopping carts and general housekeeping duties
- Present self in a professional manner by adhering to uniform standards
