Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking and housekeeping
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Adherence to company policies and uniform standards

Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to understand their wants and needs and help them create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly promotions throughout the store
- Assist guests across different departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist with gathering shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties in the store
- Present self in a professional manner and adhere to uniform standards
